Keith is the Director of the Minneapolis Market. He is responsible for all market operations including delivery excellence, sales, and recruiting.  As the first Inspire11 employee in Minneapolis, he led the growth and development of the market by building a world-class team of consultants and prioritizing client satisfaction above all else.

As a career consultant, Keith has partnered with organizations to drive digital transformation, harnessing the power of change and disruption as a catalyst for growth. He has led the creation of innovative digital solutions that unlock new revenue streams, reimagined how development teams can optimize velocity, and delivered efficiency and speed-to-market through automation. He is passionate about enabling organizations to reach their full potential and transform the way they maximize profits, deliver value, and engage with their customers.

Keith is a proud Minnesota native and attended the University of Minnesota. He lives in South Minneapolis with his wife Sarah, an elementary school teacher, and their 2-year-old son Francis. Keith and Sarah are avid travelers and have lived internationally in places such as Thailand and Argentina. Outside of work, Keith enjoys playing golf, cheering for all Minnesota sports teams, and spending time at the lake with his family.
