Brian leads Inspire11’s Private Equity Services. He serves private equity clients and their portfolio companies across pre-deal diligence and post-deal value creation. Brian’s team works alongside clients in a variety of industries to identify and deliver value through digitally enabled transformations in areas such as revenue growth in new and existing channels, pricing analytics, productivity improvements, supply chain and inventory management, operating and organizational model transformation, and enterprise IT modernization. As the Private Equity Services leader, Brian is heavily focused on its strategic vision, client relationships, delivery excellence, and team development.

Brian’s professional passion is diving into a company’s P&L and delivering value across revenue and operational levers. Having spent time as both a consultant advisor as well as a strategy and operations leader for large organizations, he believes this mix of experience enables more pragmatic approaches that lead to real value creation.

Brian empowers his teams to adopt the “anti-consultant” mindset – to think, communicate, and work with clients beyond traditional consulting norms. Brian is a strong believer that today’s companies must embrace technology’s ability to drive higher quality, faster, and more efficient capabilities that will maintain and grow their competitive position. His team’s mission is to help clients connect value-creation opportunities within their businesses to the fast-paced and ever-changing digital landscape.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys life with his wife and three children, especially now that the chaos of having three kids in three years has settled down. Not sure if this is the recommended plan, but certainly always interesting! Brian and his family live in the north shore suburbs of Chicago, spending as much time as possible playing golf, traveling, enjoying the Chicago food scene, and cleaning up Legos.
